Ye Olde Aftercare Scroll

Hearken, O Noble Nearer of New Ink! Thou art now marked with sacred art. To preserve they sigil in finest glory, thou must follow these sacred rites:

  • Tattoo has been covered with Second Skin - a breathable, waterproof barrier
    • It is designed to protect the new tattoo while it heals
  • Please leave the Second Skin on for 3-5 Days
    • Remove if you experience:
      • Redness, Rash, Excessive Itching, Irritation
      • If you sweat under the Second Skin, remove Immediately to avoid infection

  • Remove the Second Skin in the shower with warm water and soap
  • Gently lift a corner and stretch the bandage away from your skin
    • Like a Command Strip
    • Do NOT peel straight up
  • Be Gentle, If it pulls too much, then let more warm water run over it and be patient.
  • Take your time removing the barrier to protect the tattoo as much as possible

Clean Your Tattoo:

  • Clean Morning & Night, Also If Dirty or Sweaty
  • Use Fragrance-Free, Antibacterial Soap Only
